Admission Guidelines

a.) Eligibility & Entrance

A written test will be held on a fixed date for admission. The examination covers:

  • English, Mathematics, Science, and General Knowledge (G.K.)
  • Qualifying Marks: Minimum 30 marks required to qualify.

Course Fees

Electrician Trade: ₹ 22,000
Fitter Trade: ₹ 20,000

Note: Fees are non-refundable once admission is obtained, including cases of dismissal due to misconduct.

b.) How to Apply

Applications are invited via newspapers, pamphlets, and institute notice boards.

  1. Purchase the application form at the Institute counter for Rs. 100/- cash.
  2. Submit the completed form along with copies of certificates and mark sheets.

c.) Selection & Documents

Selected candidates have 10 days to finalize admission upon full payment. Required documents include:

  • Original Marksheet
  • Original S.L.C. / C.L.C.
  • 5 Passport-size photos
  • Signed Undertaking

d.) Age Criteria

General Category: 14 – 40 Years
SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen/War Widows: Up to 45 Years
Separated Women/Physically Challenged: Up to 45 Years
