📜 RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Trainees should reach the institute on time. Late comers will only be allowed with the Principal’s permission. Habitual latecomers may be fined or asked to leave.
2. Diary must be brought daily. Fine of ₹10/day for not bringing and ₹50 for lost/defaced diary.
3. Absentees without leave must provide a valid reason before rejoining, approved by the Principal.
4. Cycles must be locked and parked in the designated stand. The institute is not responsible if parked elsewhere.
5. Institute property must be respected. Any damage must be compensated by the responsible trainee(s).
6. Every trainee is responsible for their own belongings.
7. Trainees must uphold the reputation of the Institute at all times.
8. Regularity, honesty, obedience, courtesy, good conduct, and respect towards authority are mandatory.
9. Disruptive items (unapproved books, magazines, gadgets) are not allowed inside.
10. No harmful objects are permitted on campus.
11. I-Cards are mandatory for entry into the premises.

📌 MINIMUM/COMPULSORY ATTENDANCE

Minimum 80% attendance of actual working days is compulsory to be eligible for the final trade test.

⚠️ PUNISHMENT

Corrective action may be taken in cases such as:

• Damage to institute property.
• Theft.
• Misbehavior or misconduct.
• Unauthorized absence.
• Late fee payment.
• Indiscipline or unruly behavior.

🚫 REMOVAL POLICY

• Gross indiscipline.
• Serious health condition (contagious diseases).

📬 COMPLAINTS AND SUGGESTIONS

Trainees and parents may record their grievances in the complaint box available in the office or meet with the Director/Principal directly.
